Jayalalitha increased the Co operative loan amounts to Adi dravidar

Date: August 23, 2012 Co-operative loans have been getting by 8000 members of Adi dravidar and tribal agriculturalists. With the deposit amount of Rs. 250 and totally Rs. 20 lakh to be alloted by government to Adi dravidar and tribal members. Upto they got Rs. 5000 as agricultural loan. Now jayalalitha elobrated this to 40000 members of Adi dravidar and tribal from 8000 members. Also jayalalitha increased the deposit amount from Rs. 250 to Rs. 2500 and they will get Rs. 50000 as agricultural loan in future. It will cost Rs. 10 crore to every fiscal of Government.

Honble Minister for social welfare handed over modern artificial limb to the school student

Date: August 21, 2012 The school student selvan Rajakumaran from Kodunkoiyur who lost his right leg in an electric train accident, Chennai. Jayalalitha already announced the modern artificial limb to this student who is studying in physically disabled school. Now Honble Minister for social welfare handed over modern Artificial limb to the school student and officials Mrs. Kannaki Bakkiyanathan, Mr. V. K. Jayakodi and Mrs. S. Jayanthi and his parents were participated.

Jayalalitha signs on the housing facility to the thane cyclone affected in the end of 2011

Date: September 01, 2012 Infrastructures, houses, buildings, agriculture, boats and buildings were destroyed by the thane cyclone at the Kadalur and Villupuram districts of Tamilnadu in the end of december 2011. During that time, relief measures had been took place on emergency basis. And Tamilnadu government has been taking necessary steps to rebuilt the districts. Already jayalalitha announced the housing facility to the Thane affected families. Now jayalalitha sanctioned Rs. 1000 crore to build 1 lakh concrete houses. Each house will be build with Rest room, Kitchen and toilet in a lakh of rupees. 90000 concrete houses would be constructed at Kadalur district and remaining 10000 houses would be at Villupuram district.

Jayalalitha gives free sewing machines to economically weaker families

Jayalalitha started a scheme to give welfare measures to develop the economically weaker districts on 2001-2002. From this scheme, jayalalitha gives 1600 sewing machines to Backward classes, Most Backward classes, Denotified commuities and Minorities at 8 districts for this year. These economically weaker districts are Perambalur, Sivagangai, Thiruvannamalai. villupuram, Dharmapuri, Dindugal and Krishnagiri. It will give cost of Rs. 57.60 lakh to government. It will develop the livelihood of families whom benefited from this scheme.
