Choose 1 KVAr capacitor bank for each 3 HP motors. For example: Choose 300 KVAr capacitor bank for 1000 HP(Horse Power) motor. Connect always capacitor bank at the output side of the main switch or ACB or Relay of motors to avoid wastage of power while switching off of motor.
