Governor (of Karnataka) has complete rights to called on largest single party to form the government & prove their majority within a month. But in this case, INC & JDs announced the post poll alliance with clear majority. So governor should called them instead of BSYeddy. Here Governor made favourable decision to his big boss instead of his soul.  That's why SC interpret his legacy & ordered to prove the majority within a day.
